Info to include in Game Reporting:

For all game reporting include the following:

·        Game Code (this identifies the level & home team to scheduler)

·        Home Team

·        Away Team

·        Home Score

·        Away Score

·        Day/Date

Game Sheets:

Home team responsible for sending in WHITE copy of official gamesheet to league scheduler within 2 weeks of date played. If not received within 2 weeks of play the HOME team receives a FORFEIT. Faxed or scanned gamesheets are not accepted.
Send to: Tanya Onori, 6 Sumner Street, Auburn, NY 13021

Standings:

Standings are compiled once a week on Monday night. Any information not received by then will not by included until the next weeks standings.

Game Changes/Cancellations:

Once the schedule has been done, any changes to game date must be relayed to league scheduler. The team causing the game to be rescheduled is responsible for getting information into the scheduler. It is the responsibility of all teams to make sure league games are played, and it is viewed unfavorably canceling league games to go to tournaments if a new date can not be found for the league game.

Interim Rosters:

These are due by the 3rd weekend of league play (11/16/07). If not received the team will receive a forfeit for every game played from deadline date until interim roster is received. Interim rosters DO NOT need to be on official T-1 form.
Send interim rosters to: Tanya Onori, 6 Sumner Street, Auburn, NY 13021

Final Rosters:

Due by December 31st on official T-1 forms with signatures from ALL players & coaches. CNY registrar’s signature is NOT required. These rosters are used at the JAM tournament and only players/coaches with signatures on the official rosters will be eligible to participate in the JAM tournament.

High School/Travel Players:

High School or Travel players are allowed at the Midget level ONLY. All HS/Travel players need to be approved by the board in accordance with league guidelines/by-laws. If player approved they must meet the 65% rule of game participation to be eligible for the JAM tournament and be noted on ALL gamesheets.
