Facts
- Declaring
number of teams in league
- Tentative
numbers given at September meeting by ALL associations
- Multiple
teams at level must be discussed and approved/rejected by the Board
- FINAL
team numbers by October 11, 2007
- If
unsure of number of teams enter the lower number – better to add than
withdraw teams
- Teams
withdrawing from league after season starts will be fined.
- SNOWBELT DIRECTORY: Representative
& Scheduler contact information due to league ASAP.
- Directory
used for scheduling – distributed to all schedulers w/ league schedules.
- League
Schedules: Distributed to association schedulers by October 15, 2007.
- JAM
tournament locations awarded at October meeting
- JAM
tournament dates February 29 - March 2, 2008
- League
Games start November 3, 2007
- Games
may be played earlier if both teams agree but standings will not start
until November 5, 2007
- Completed
league schedules returned by association schedulers to league scheduler by
October 31, 2007.
- Final
MIDGET Rosters - Due by November 16, 2007
- Required
on OFFICIAL USAHockey T-1 form
- Signatures
required by ALL players, coaches, & asst. coaches
- CNY
Registrar’s signature NOT required
- All
coaches & asst. coaches MUST by carded per USAHockey

All coaching cards will be verified and ineligible
coaches notified.

games played while final rosters overdue will be forfeited.
- Interim
Rosters (Sq, Pw & Bt) – due by November 16, 2007
- Roster
to include players, coaches, & asst. coaches
- Not
required on official USAHockey T-1 form – can
be handwritten, electronic form or email
- Any
games played while interim roster overdue will be forfeited.
- High
School (HS) / Tournament Bound (Travel) Players:
- HS/Travel
players requesting to play SB must be identified ASAP.
- HS/Travel
players must play 75% of league games to be eligible for JAM tournaments
- HS/Travel
players approved to play on SB teams must be noted on all game sheets

MIDGET level after Board approval per by-law 2.07

participate
- All coaches cards will be verified prior to JAM and
ineligible coaches will be notified.
